On May 17, 2017 The
Washington Post reported on an audio conversation between Congressman Kevin
McCarthy and Paul Ryan from June 2016, where McCarthy said: “ There’s two people I think Putin pays:
Rohrabacher and Trump.” Both congressmen
denied the conversation took place until they were told there was a
recording. Then they said it was a
joke. Question: Based on your own intelligence findings could
this conversation in deed be based in something real and not a joke?
