Only CA can SAVE net neutrality. It will die on June 20--Unless you act now!

Save NET NEUTRALITY ---YES on SB822
It can be done by YOU!!!!

If you are on social media --please go HERE for your Action plan

If you are not on social media and can only make phone calls or emails then please do the following:

Focus on Santiago:

Email Santiago's press person Jackie.Koenig@asm.ca.gov and respectfully ask what Santiago's position on SB 822 is and whether he supports the bans on anti-competitive zero-rating programs, access fees, and circumvention of net neutrality at the point of interconnection. Those are the three provisions of the bill that AT&T and Comcast are trying to get killed off in committee.

Phone calls:  Santiago is apparently blowing off phone calls at least from non-constituents.  So ask yourself do you know anyone who lives in his district?
Get them to call and ask them to ask their neighbors to call him as well.
Miguel Santiago LA:Hancock Park, Westlake, Koreatown 916-319-2053

This is what you say to Santiago office:

Script:  “I know Senator Santiago supports net neutrality, but we need him to support SB822 by Senator Weiner to preserve the bill’s strength and not cave to industry amendments. California need to set a national example and watered down SB822 is not the bar we want to set”

If you think you are getting blown off then ask:

Does Santiago support the bans on anti-competitive zero-rating programs, access fees, and circumvention of net neutrality at the point of interconnection?
Does he think killing these three points (which AT&T & Comcast want) will add burden to lower income constituents?

Say  “I’m asking the Assemblyman_______ to vote YES on SB 822 net neutrality and to leave the bill in its original state. Do not water down SB 822.  The loop holes are too big in SB 460.  We need Weiner's SB 822 to pass with no amedments."
